Pre-season Training Sessions

- Session starts 7pm SHARP

- 7:00-7:15pm Set warm up – consistent every week (corners, dynamic stretches, ball in hand)

- 7:15pm Club announcements & description of rotation

- 7:20pm 4-5 station rotation of skills/fitness/set piece activities (each lasting 12-15 mins)

- 8:25pm Warm down/stretch

Note: This structure will form the basis of In-Season Tuesday training sessions

Tuesday Nights – up to Chargrill Charlies for the epicly large $7.90 Whale Plate

Thursday Nights – up to the The Duck (Hotel Mosman) for the $12.90 Chief Meal (includes a steak, chicken drumstick, mash and schooner of Vale Ale) plus free finger food
