Friday 15th March - Doc Supporters Lunch

Mosman Rugby Club would like to invite all players, old boys, coaches, managers, sponsors, volunteers and supporters of our great club to the 2024 Mosman Rugby Michael “Doc” Kennedy lunch.

The 2024 event will have zero fundraising and will be celebrating the clubs 131st year and acknowledging the valuable contribution of Michael “Doc” Kennedy, 50 years after he joined the club in 1974.

Complimentary bus from venue to the Buena at 4:30pm

Saturday 6th April - Newcastle

Road Trip

Mosman Rugby will be travelling to Newcastle for the first of our preseason games . Great road trip to play some preseason rugby and also enjoy some post game refreshments.

Saturday 20th April - Newies Night

This is our first home game of the season and as usual, it will be our Newies Night where we “welcome” any new players to the club. After the games at Rawson we will head up to the clubhouse to celebrate Newies Night and kick off the season.

Saturday 25th April - ANZAC Day Dawn Service, BBQ & 2-Up

We encourage all the Mosman Rugby community to join the Mosman RSL’s ANZAC Day Dawn Service at Georges Heights. Following the service, Mosman Rugby will host a B&E BBQ at Rawson, before we head to the Buena to host 2-up and yabbie racing.

Saturday 4th May - Mosman Rugby Ladies Day

The biggest day in Subbies rugby. Mosman Rugby’s Ladies Day event will again be raising money and awareness for the Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation. Tickets need to be purchased in advance, so invite your wives, girlfriends, sisters and mums for a great day supporting a great cause at Rawson.

Saturday 18th June - 10 Teams, 10 Dinners

10 teams, 10 dinners. The name says it all…

  1. Each team captain books in a team dinner
  2. Each team has dinner at the venue booked in Step #1
  3. All teams converge at one final venue to close out the night.

Saturday 13th August - Back To Mosman Day

In 2022, Mosman Rugby will be celebrating its 129th year as a rugby club. Back to Mosman day is a chance for all players, young and old, to head back to Rawson, cheer on the new pod of whales and reminisce on the good old days.

Saturday 27th August - Whalettes Drinks & End of Season Party

The last home game of the season, let’s finish with a bang. With a DJ throughout the arvo, gin bar and champagne for the ladies, and some fantastic footy against Knox it should be a good way to wrap up the regular season.

Following first grade, we will have the BBQ firing and drinks flowing in the clubhouse.

In the lead up to Father’s day, grab your old man and join for a beer at the Clubhouse.

Saturday 17th September - Grand Final Party

Following the subbies grand final games, we will head back on the buses to the Whalehouse.  Hopefully we will be also celebrating grand final victories. The event will be catered, and it is encouraged that partners and families come along.

Sunday 18th September until we wrap it up - Silly Sunday/Mad Monday

As usual, we will host breaky at the Clubhouse before we make our way through the pubs around Mosman. Hopefully we will be showing off some silverware. If things go well, maybe another boiler room in the change rooms?

Mosman Rugby’s gala night of the year…. This is the night we celebrate the season past, present the major Club awards and treat our partners to a night of champagne and dancing. The dress code is black tie with a touch of blue.
